We recently had our Annual General Meeting on February 13, to where we welcomed two new members of the church, Pamela MclEan, and Paul Keen. We also voted in a new council committee. Our new council committee are President – Bob Schimpf, Vice President – Omar Said, Secretary – Paul Keen, Treasurer – Betty Pollock, Fellowship – Pamela MclEan, Property – Ken McKinnon, Faith & Witness – Cheryl Ann Holtz, Social Ministry – John (Farmer) King, Worship – Robert Madsen. Education and Youth are vacant, but will be filled at council. If God has put it on your heart and would like to fill either one of the vacant positions, please speak to Christina in the office or anyone of our council members. Our first council meeting with the new council will be held on Monday, March 14 at 6:45 pm.

Ash Wednesday Service will be held March 2 at 6 pm. As well, Pastor Horst will have mid week Lenten service, Wednesdays at 6pm starting March 9. As a precaution with restrictions slowly opening up, we will not be serving Soup and Buns this year.

Pamela will be doing an online Bible Study called 40 Days in The Desert through Google Meet every Tuesdays at 6:30pm starting March 8. If you would like to be a part of the study, please email Pamela at pamela@logrus.ca or the office at emmanue1@telus.net.

Our Good Friday service will be held on April 15 at 10:30 am.

Are you needing help with any of your devices, whether it’s your cell phone, tablet or lap top? Please come and see Pamela here at the church, Wednesdays from 10 am – 12pm.
